INTERVIEW: On Psychic Energy Healing + Quantum Healing with Sanela

This interview took place in Hood River at one of our favorite coffee shops to get together and talk about all of our readings on the collective in inner energies swirling around.

Kamila: Lets just dive in! Can you share with people what happens in your sessions?

Sanela: First I prepare an hour in advance to clear the energy of the space, as well as within myself. This is essential to getting a quality read. When you arrive we take a seat in two chairs across from each other and I set the container. You can record your session on your phone if you like.

You speak your full name 3 times out loud. This allows your energy field to show me the most important things to read in that moment. This information is received from what are called the Akashic Records, a records of all thoughts, intent, emotions, and events from past, present, and future. There may be attachments I have to clear to do the reading. Then the information will begin to show itself to me, and I will speak this outloud.

I read on multiple levels. I read as a clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, and claircognizant. I see pictures, hear words, and I just have a sense of inner knowing. I am trained to keep my energy separate from the readee, to not take their energy on. Keeping the energy clear between my client and myself is essential.

Kamila: Who could benefit from a reading and why would someone book a reading?

Sanela: People who feel ‘off’ about something within themselves often seek out my work. They may have some persistent gnawing sensation and feel the need to do something about it. Depressed states may be persisting, or big shift in habits in selfcare like an inability to sleep, a loss of motivation or energy may be taking place. Sometimes drinking alcohol or sugar binges, clumsiness and getting into multiple accidents could mean your energy is out of alignment and needing repair.

Magical beings, Star Seeds, Indigos, and others who feel different come to me to be seen and validated as the magical beings they are. People who are aware that the Earth is expanding in consciousness and is in it’s ascending cycle, and wish to align with this ascending cycle also come in. I do a specific Ascension alignment that relates to this and in the higher metaphysical realm I am known for this. Your higher self that is connected to Oneness knows this and will guide you to a session with me for this correction. When you come and sit in a chair in front of me it is the first thing you will show me to work on.

Kamila: You speak about the importance of preparing The Question. Can you help people understand how to come to their Question?

Sanela: The more clear the Question the more focused the answer and results. Icall asking the Question the first law of the Universe because we live on a free will planet in a free will Universe. Asking a Question is the empowered key that opens the door for where you need to look to get the support you need.

Asking a Question sets the entire universe in motion to give you not only the answer in the moment… but also beyond our one hour session by realigning your energy over the next 6 months based on the illumination of the Question. Energy can start to move prior to coming in while you prepare your Question as well. That is why its important to sit with the Question and prepare with it within yourself in advance. The reading is more focused and impactful when you prepare like this.

Kamila: So you share what you are seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing as you perceive it?

Sanela: Yes, I share what the new energy looks like that is coming in to support you... this will be your natural, authentic vibration. The session ends with bringing energy back that was lost due to being involved with the energetic dysfunction that was read. The energy is reset into real time to empower you in reclaiming your rightful energy. We do this for the purpose of self empowerment, to empower your relationship with Source Energy by being more aware of it to consciously direct it with greater ease.

Kamila: What is the goal of this work is in your mind?

Sanela: I want to empower people to be the author of their own lives. I believe you are meant to be the master of your destiny in co-creation with Divine. I help people get clear on their path by clearing their energy field so they can be led by their own heart on their Destiny Path. We all have a Destiny Path, and we are always following it. We are always at the right place at the right time. And we signed up for this life.

Kamila: One thing I think people think of with psychics is that they read the future. Do you do that?

Sanela: I advise people to not ask a Question to read the future. You can derail yourself with expectation and you want to keep the future free flowing. With expectations you put a jail around your future with limitations. I can share pictures of potentials and possibilities but I will never say things are locked in. I cannot make a decision for you. It is always yours to make.

Kamila: Is there anything you recommend clients do after their session?

Sanela: After a session I would recommend you take an epsom salt bath and drink lots of water to support the realignment. I would always advice clients to journal, or you can express yourself in whatever way works for you. Track your changes. Sometimes you will feel very differently right away, and sometimes it will take up to 5 days to feel different within yourself. The actual energy work will work up to 6 months shifting your field and how you interact with others/your habits. You may have relationship changes due to this work, because you will feel differently in your body and your energy which will require different energetic matches/relationships.

Kamila: Awesome! Outside of what happens in sessions, I am curious what it means to you to be a quantum mechanic?

Sanela: I feel for me this comes from my specific gifts... the way my brain works in how I see the world. I see how things connect and work together. For some reason my mind understands patterns. I have always had a gift for math, so the language of math and geometry is how I have created some of my tools.

I speak the language of cosmometry (cosmic 'geo'metry). It helps me understand how energies express themselves in very specific ways. Some energetic dynamics and dysfunctions work at specific angles. I see why they move the way they do and help them get into their appropriate position, so that energy can move in a more harmonious fashion.

When I started to see energies I could understand what they were sayin by pooling from my geography studies as well. I could speak to the Earth and it spoke back. I could see how the energies moved through the Earth. I have worked around the world doing Earth grid repair work and on the human consciousness collective. Information may come through a client in a reading which relates to where they are from, where they live currently, or where their ancestors are from. The Earth holds suppressed human consciousness and traumas, especially large collective traumas. For example, I have read and done energy work on the huge veil of grief the exists from the Trail of Tears, and so much more. The energy that is trapped in these places wants to be freed, seen and healed. I get guided by synchronicities to see what I need to do next.

Kamila: I know you also are also educated in Urban Planning. How do you think that study has impacted your energywork?

Sanela: Urban planning, architecture, and geography are spatial and relationship based sciences. What is happening today is that we are healing all of our relationships. Within us we are healing our inner masculine/feminine, our relationship to our bodies and our relationship to our Heart. Without we are healing our relationship to each other, Source, the Earth and the cosmos.

Feminine energy is the spatial aspect. The feminine is in charge of space... it opens space for creation to grow, as the womb does. It holds a seed there, supporting and nurturing what has been given space to grow. The masculine provides the seed and energy to spring forth in creation. Creation then becomes multidimensional within the matrix through this relationship to the feminine. Today we are healing all these relationships because we know they have been corrupted.

Kamila: What other influences have you had in your life that inform your work?

Sanela: One of my passions is conflict resolution because I grew up witnessing a dysfunctional relationship between my parents... the war between them, as well as the war of my country, Bosnia. So I became passionate about resolving conflict within and without.

Kamila: Lastly… what else do you do for fun?

Sanela: I love being in the water and shooting arrows. And I love detective mysteries! The Lord of Rings is my all time favorite. I think its because there are so many archetypes in that series and we are all of them. We are all Frodo. We can never think that we are too little not to move the destiny of humanity forward. We are all Aragorn who had to embrace himself as a leader and a king. He didn’t want to step up into his power and his rightful place, but was slowly led to do so. Not everyone is born to be a king... some are born to be the side kick. We must be aware of accepting our rightful place in each moment. We each have specific gifts on our quest and in the Lord of the Rings everyone helped in their own way to break the ring that bound them all to the Evil, which was at it’s core simply self-denial.

I also love fantasy films like Harry Potter, The Matrix, and Avatar.
