Last year I watched a film called The Deepest Breath that had a life altering impact on me. It was a documentary about free divers. The individuals whose calling it is to descend down into the dark layers of the sea on one breath alone. 100 meters deep.

And yet I have struggled so much in what to call myself.

If we think of the physical body as separate from the emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic bodies we are in a major denial of reality. When we step back and see more holistically we see the interrelationships of how we can support the whole by addressing each part.
